Exchange Terms Beyond the Grace Period: For return or exchange applications submitted after the 7-day grace period, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process. Stylessy reserves the right to approve or decline requests submitted outside the grace period.

Non-Eligible Scenarios: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases: (a) The product is damaged or rendered unusable due to improper use, misuse, washing errors, or alterations by the customer; (b) The product is marked as final sale or clearance; (c) The item has been worn, used, or washed beyond simple inspection.

Requirements for Returned Products: All returned products must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by their original packaging and all included accessories (e.g., tags, labels). The original packaging and product labels must remain intact and undamaged; otherwise, the return or exchange request may be rejected.

Return Shipping Instructions: Customers must contact Stylessy customer support before sending any items back. Once approved, our team will provide the official return address and detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
