4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Return Eligibility & After-Sales Terms
You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of product delivery, subject to the following after-sales conditions. Returned Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached (except for quality-issue items, which shall retain the original condition of the defective parts and relevant accessories). Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective, including personalized products, intimate apparel, and clearance items.

Quality Issues: If the received Products have quality defects, you are entitled to comprehensive after-sales support. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our store, and you may choose either a full refund or a free exchange. To apply for this after-sales service, you need to provide clear photos/videos of the defective Products as evidence for verification.

Non-Quality Issues: Applicable scenarios include unfit size, dislike of style/color, and other personal reasons. For returns or exchanges under such circumstances, the round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, and the returned Products must meet the aforementioned basic return conditions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned Products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return (for quality-issue returns, verification will be based on both the supporting materials and the physical inspection results of the Products).

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days. Specifically, refunds for quality-issue returns will be full amount (including the original product price and the return shipping fee prepaid by the buyer); refunds for non-quality-issue returns will be the original product price only, excluding the round-trip shipping costs.

Exchanges will be fulfilled based on product availability; if the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. No additional fees will be charged for exchanges due to quality issues, while buyers shall bear the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges due to non-quality issues.
